As the newest among KB SmartSolutions’ acquisitions, ENVIROS has experienced only a few months of joint activity, specifically with KB Advisory. ENVIROS and KB Advisory both have common focus on energy and environmental projects, especially sustainability and ESG, including the funding of these projects. We have realised that both our teams share not only a common strategic goal, but also a compatible business spirit and employee climate. The first period has been in the name of harmonisation of processes and joint communication. It has been confirmed that the original intention, i.e. the merger of two companies with similar direction and goals, was correct. The range of activities we can now offer has a much wider scope, and our position is stronger and more stable.

Komerční banka is the leader in cooperation with fintechs in the Czech Republic. Mainly due to its specialized subsidiary called KB SmartSolutions that has a great deal of autonomy. We decided to collaborate with KB because we already verified within the pilot that the KB Group is fully able to integrate Roger's products into its product portfolio and become really strategic investor for us. We work intensively with KB SmartSolutions because it contributes to the integration and operation of our services into KB's portfolio. KB SmartSolutions’ team has a very similar mindset as Roger's team and therefore our communication and cooperation works very well.

We were surprised regarding the high standard at which KB SmartSolutions was established, seeing it as a platform for future investments in start-ups for Komerční banka. The role of the company developer, which forms the link between the bank and us, is clearly defined and performed with maximum commitment and professionalism. KB SmartSolutions creates an environment for growth of our company by actively participating in the search and realization of synergies between us and the bank. In general, Komerční banka thought through the strategy of investing in innovative products, both in terms of acquisition. Above all, during the cooperation period for the investment horizon. It's the smartest money we could make.

KB SmartSolutions was basically our initial contact with Komerční banka. Already from the first discussion we found out that we have a very similar opinion on how to further develop and scale business of Lemonero. Because if we want to think about a partnership of this type at all, we need to be sure that we click together on certain things. Of course, we had this feeling with KB SmartSolutions, not even mentioning that they certainly understand their work, perform it at a high standard and, last but not least. The KB SmartSolutions’ team also possess important moral values, which we at Lemonero consider as highly important.
